1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern 1444 (bunlad 1444.im) and its users. 1444 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform.

By using 1444's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using 1444's services.

• "Gaming Balance" refers to the actual funds in your account, excluding any bonuses.

2 Registration & Eligibility

To register with 1444, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. 1444 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit the balance at any time if a user registers without meeting these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Only one account may be opened in your name.
• Registering under someone else's name or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Registration must be voluntary and completed by you personally — claims of being pressured into signing up will not be accepted.
• A valid mobile number registered in your own name is required at the time of registration.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory at 1444. You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID or passport before your first withdrawal. This process is in place solely for your protection.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your 1444 account. Never share your password with any third party, and always log out after using a public device.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 1444 Support immediately.
• Using another member's account, or allowing someone else to use yours, is strictly prohibited.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• To update your personal details, visit Account Settings or contact our Support team for assistance.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be automatically deactivated.

1444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without reason. However, 1444 will return any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) owed to the member.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (may vary depending on the method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (for security purposes).
• The withdrawal account must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.
• 1444 charges no fees on deposits. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

1444 strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Large transactions may be subject to additional verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1444's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant bonus or promotions page.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. This offer can be claimed once.
• Wagering Requirements: A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Every bonus has a specified expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses are only applicable to specific games.

• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Game Rules

• All games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and regularly audited by independent third parties.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• 1444 is not liable for any disruptions to live betting caused by loss of internet connectivity.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be automatically refunded.
• 1444 reserves the right to decline or review any bets where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

1444 sets a maximum win limit (Max Win) for all games. This limit varies by game and is stated in each game's information section.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1444. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Fraud: The use of any fraudulent activity, software, or strategy of any kind.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: A single member using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Transactions intended for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false identity, documents, or information.
• VPN/Proxy: Using a VPN to bypass 1444's geo-restrictions.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
